Text Highlighting in Calendar Notes

Over the last few months, we have received many queries asking if there was a way to change the color of notes within individual calendar blocks. Previously this was not possible, but we have now launched our text highlighting functionality and it is super easy to use.

How it Works

In order to change the color of text, simply highlight any note, or part of a note that you would like to edit. A selection of commonly requested color swatches will appear above your text. Simply click on one of these swatches to change the color of the highlighted text. Any text color changes you make will appear in the printed version of your calendar, provided you are printing in color within your print settings.
