The 2024 Leap Year Calendar, All 12 Months on One Page
2024 was a leap year, which gave it 366 days and put an extra day on the end of February. That 29 February fell on a Thursday, and it shifted every date after it forward by one weekday compared with a normal year. Seeing the whole year on one page is the quickest way to make sense of that, which is why this layout gets used for reconciling records, reconstructing schedules, checking payroll periods and working out what day a given date landed on.
The year opened on a Monday, which made it unusually tidy for anyone working to a Monday start week. If that is you, the week start toggle rearranges all twelve months and their day headings in one go. Turning on holidays for the United States, United Kingdom or Canada highlights them across the calendar and prints a dated list below it, so you can see the full year's public holidays without cross referencing anything.
United States holidays in 2024 included Martin Luther King Jr. Day on 15 January, Independence Day on a Thursday, Thanksgiving on 28 November and Christmas Day on a Wednesday. In the United Kingdom, Good Friday fell early on 29 March with Easter Monday on 1 April, and the Summer Bank Holiday landed on 26 August. Canada had Family Day on 19 February and Thanksgiving on 14 October.
When you print, the calendar comes out matching what is on screen, holiday highlighting and all. Your browser's print dialogue also lets you save it as a PDF if a digital copy suits better. For anything that needs more writing room than a year view allows, click a month to open its monthly calendar, where the day boxes are larger and the full editing and styling options are available.
